Agile software development is not an easy methodology to adopt. There are lot of things which Agile demands and asks for faster execution and more micro level management .So traditional metrics which yields results in traditional software development may not be the best indicator .Agile development I would say more a mindset change rather than a methodological change .So the metrics which would help in defining the health of sprint are:- 1.Burndown chart :-Burndown chart is representation of amount of work completed across time.  It is useful for predicting when all of the work will be completed. Estimation is a rough calculation of work that can be done.So traditionally in software industry there were many methods for estimating the work or a activity.The estimation techniques like COCOMO,Function point were mostly used during previous times for estimating tasks.These were all statistically techniques and formulas were used in order to come to a rough value. The title of Bengaluru should be changed from Garden city to Traffic city.The way traffic congestions are increasing and way it is managed,its very unfortunate and it is in a bad state of affairs.IT city which has large amount of companies into IT domain has exponentially grown but the way it is managed and maintained is not good 1.Narrower roads :-All the major points/junctions have narrower roads which leads to congestion in traffic and ultimately increases the travel time. The expectations were sky high on the movie but all the movie buffs will almost be disappointed by seeing this movie.There are reasons and several loopholes in movie which makes it cumbersome Some of the reasons which makes it dissappointing are:- 1.Direction:- Direction of Kabir khan is not upto mark .Kabir khan lacks detailing in the scenes.
