Change is the only thing which is constant in this world. We have changed our lives the way we leave. We leave in more informative and educated world. We share our ideas ,take pledges make promises for the well being of this planet. But in this new e-world the devil is becoming more powerful.Human’s biggest enemy is human itself.A man kills other for greed, power and dominance The best example is Joseph kony . Now comes the question who is Joseph kony.Joseph kony is the No 1 wanted criminal in International criminal court. We all know that every child is a incarnation of God .Joseph kony a militant from Uganda captures children at their young age. He is the head of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), a Ugandan guerrilla group. He captures children at a very young age from parts of Uganda and neighbouring parts . He ordered the abduction of children to become child-sex slaves and child soldiers. An estimated 66,000 children became soldiers and two million people have been interna...

Well its march and everybody is busy corporates are busy updating their records as it is final quarter, students are busy with their board exams and this year nearly 5 states went for poll and poll results were out.Sachin (God of cricket) completed his 100th century nation was busy cheering him and most importantly the Budget came out .Finance minister Pranab babu came up with his budget.I would regard budget as a good budget. Budget was realistic and India is moving towards more stable economy. The significant improvements was debt to GDP ratio was only 45% while comparing to China which is 90% and UK 70%.While market reacted negatively primarily because of increase of service tax going from 10% to 12 %.Lets look at gainers and loosers of Budget 2012 Gainers 1.Retailers may benefit after the finance minister assured to arrive at a consensus to open up the supermarket sector to foreign giants such as Wal-Mart and Carrefour, which would help in tie-ups and boost capital inflows. ...

The Constitution declares India to be a sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic, assuring its citizens of justice, equality, and liberty. We have documented all these things without knowing the meaning of it. It is sad that we(citizens ) and central government concentrate only on certain parts of country. We have got independence nearly 60 years back but till now we have not given respect to our 7 sisters.Well I was also confused when I heard the word “7 sisters of India”.Well 7 sisters of India are North Eastern part of India. Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, and Nagaland. Because of our negligence Tensions exist between these states and we are facing consequences. There are so many extremist groups in North east which are against peace and fraternity. They are poisoning the minds and making them millitants. This should not happen .The reasons are:- 1.Most Literate states: These 7 states have understood the importance of language and states li...

Man is social animal .If things are right he enjoys life and leaves life large and when things are not going well he curses GOD and his fate.We frustrate ourselves to such an extent that we do not bother to look to opportunity that is in our doorstep but curse the opportunity that we have lost.Every obstacle in one’s path is challenge .More we face obstacles more we become strong. We should be prepared to face challenges in order to rise from ashes. The conversation below between is a good example Me: God, can I ask You a question? God: Sure Me: Promise You won’t get mad … … … … God: I promise Me: Why did You let so much stuff happen to me today? God: What do u mean? Me: Well, I woke up late God: Yes Me: My car took forever to start God: Okay Me: at lunch they made my sandwich wrong & I had to wait God: Huummm Me: On the way home, my phone went DEAD, just as I picked up a call God: All right Me: And on top of it all off, when I got home ~I just want to ...

Everybody talks that we are becoming more globalized and thoughts are becoming more mature .I do not think so .Let us ask questions to ourselves once again and find deep down heart well the answer is noo..Amazed, astonished let me give u instances. We have taller buildings shorter tempers, wider roads but narrower viewpoints. We spend more but have less and even share less.We buy more enjoy less.Bigger houses smaller families, more conveniences but less time.We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge but less judgement, more experts but more problems, more medicines but less wellness. We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read very little, think less than that, pray too seldom. We have multiplied our needs but reduced our values. We talk to much, listen very liitle, love nothing and hate often.I would say we have learned how to make living but not a life.We have added years to life not li...

Today information is treated as a strategic asset.Business analytics is a major priority.Previously there was a wave of packages implemented by companies namely ERP,SCM and CRM.Organizations had huge chunk of information and did not use those information effectively. Then came the word Analytics i.e Analysis +Statistics coined by Davenport.Previously managers used gut feeling to make decisions .Analytics in simple words can be defined as method to analyse data to understand customer needs and preferences and offer products with promotions .Analytics elimimated this thought it gave more structured approach both quantitatively and qualititavely. Ebay is perfect example of implementing analytics effectively.Ebay has its own inhouse built application called Ebay experimentation platform which could save pageviews visited by users. This is regarded as real time information and helped ebay to become giant in its own way.Ebay also uses many other techniques (analytical) face to face testi...
