Everybody talks that we are becoming more globalized and thoughts are becoming more mature .I do not think so .Let us ask questions to ourselves once again and find deep down heart well the answer is noo..Amazed, astonished let me give u instances. We have taller buildings shorter tempers, wider roads but narrower viewpoints. We spend more but have less and even share less.We buy more enjoy less.Bigger houses smaller families, more conveniences but less time.We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge but less judgement, more experts but more problems, more medicines but less wellness. We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read very little, think less than that, pray too seldom. We have multiplied our needs but reduced our values. We talk to much, listen very liitle, love nothing and hate often.I would say we have learned how to make living but not a life.We have added years to life not li...

Today information is treated as a strategic asset.Business analytics is a major priority.Previously there was a wave of packages implemented by companies namely ERP,SCM and CRM.Organizations had huge chunk of information and did not use those information effectively. Then came the word Analytics i.e Analysis +Statistics coined by Davenport.Previously managers used gut feeling to make decisions .Analytics in simple words can be defined as method to analyse data to understand customer needs and preferences and offer products with promotions .Analytics elimimated this thought it gave more structured approach both quantitatively and qualititavely. Ebay is perfect example of implementing analytics effectively.Ebay has its own inhouse built application called Ebay experimentation platform which could save pageviews visited by users. This is regarded as real time information and helped ebay to become giant in its own way.Ebay also uses many other techniques (analytical) face to face testi...

It is said that “united we stand & divided we fall”.We are excelling in all fields but we are still immature in our thoughts.India is home of so many cultures. This was once a strength but now it has become weakness.Nothing would please our enemies then a nation divided. It would be a great tragedy if communal passions are aroused and fanned on either side. India would be the loser. All religion say that God is omnipotent. All say that God is one. Then why the hell we fight? Why we discriminate between hindu & muslims? Why we discriminate between north & south Indians? Why we discriminate between people of our own country. This questions are unanswered & we have to ask ourselves to find answer. Its pity that when south indian films are copied in tollywood & vice versa. When why dis becomes kolaveri becomes overnight hit then why should we discriminate between regions, states. Apart from that India has produced great kings and saints who saw the oneness of all relig...

India is a strange country. We do not give enough respect which deserves but give excess which deserves less.Recently,Indian women had won kabaddi world cup & there was no coverage from any media.Leave the media where is print media? When why this kolaveri makes into Times of India front page while Kabaddi champions got least importance. Its right that media is always after stories.Where there is story there is only reporting done? When we do not respect to sportsperson then interest towards that gradually reduces.Achievement and success with recognition is tasteless. Why should one make ‘chak de’ type movie to teach us important of other sports? Why should be motivated to cheer for our sports person?I may be rude but truth tastes bitter. If government does not also encourage or recognize effort then it reduces the confidence level of sportsperson. This is not in sports but in all fields of life. I would like to enlighten that there are some people in our country who have don...

India is facing lot of internal problems such as corruption, inflation, unstoppable petrol price which is on rise. This problems as far as my knowledge is concern is due to one single cause lead to one point that is inefficient way to manage project management specifically no planning at all. Why cannot our government predict crisis before hand ?Why cannot we stop scams? Why we are not able to face problems? Why we are not able to stop terror strikes ?Why we are not proactive? We always react to situations rather than pro-act.Does it mean that India does not have efficient project managers?Well we will be astonished that the answer is no.Indians are placed in responsible companies in reputed companies of world.Take a look at board of directors of various companies we have atleast one Indian. When world is respecting us & admiring us then why are we not having enough confidence in ourselves. When confidence+ commitment concatenate we get value of product /service offered.Let me ...

Shahrukh recently celebrated his 46th birthday. In this period he makes a super hero movie. To an extent he has not done justice. He invests heavy amount of money& nearly does very high promotion infact very expensive promotion .But the actual story line of ra.one is a completely a mixture of ironman ,batman & robot sequences. He nearly does 360 degree promotion for his movies. For ra.one he had opened a channel in youtube & official website (internet ),launched ra.one video game partnership with sony & playstation,ra.one meal partnership with mcdoanlds and virtually in every television channel the hype created by chamak challo & akon singing it . He has his own production company Red chillies entertainment which I consider a masterstroke where many actors followed with their own production houses. His second master stroke is owning Ipl Kolkata team but some controversy created during promotion of his team was a blunder I would consider. His decision of hosting kbc ...
