AAP's Delhi leads to a changing dynamics in Centre

Oh Boy ! what a victory for Aam aadmi party.Its historic,colossal and have a huge impact in centre politics.Consider the scale of defeat for BJP where it got seats in single digit not even that seats are equivalent to Tata Nano and Congress scoring Golden Duck is something remarkable.Exit polls predicted close fight between BJP and AAP and mentioning that AAP would be winner but this was one sided clean sweep with AAP’s broom working as magic wand.So is this end of pro Modi wave? Has anti- incumbency played a factor on the defeat of BJP? BJP ‘s wave or should I say Modi’s wave of winning state elections like Haryana,Maharashtra and even Jammu and Kashmir.Well I did not think so.AAP’s victory is although remarkable only because it played clean politics ,did not indulge in personalized attacks and moreover discussed about the solutions that it would take for burning questions that National Capital is facing.

What does this do in centre well it would be difficult for Modi government bills and decisions in Rajya Sabha .Firstly I forsee there would be disruptions,adjournments and there would be major stalling for the government in the upper house as there would be all united opposition against the government.This will affect the budget session which is in the corner and Modi government would take ordinance route.So juggernaut has rolled on during UPA 2 government took ordinance route for which BJP had severly criticizing it.Secondly,it is serious wake up alarm for Modi government .It has to wake up and deliver on its promises specifically on Black Money in swiss accounts.Even though steps have been taken on how to bring back the black money but it will be very difficult for government to act upon that.Modi’s  slogan of “Achche din aane waale hain” should be turned to reality for which lot of work needs to be done.Thirdly,considering Delhi as state and Kejriwal would require centre’s assistance,clearance and approval for some key decisions that Delhi is facing specifically women safety.Considering AAP’s style of working where  it expects speedy results on each burning issue and centre’s support might play a spoiled sport for AAP.Fourthly,BJP’s top brass and many cabinet ministers were deployed for strategizing Delhi’s election.Decision of projecting Kiran  Bedi as CM candidate who has a similar ideology,thought process,principals like Kejriwal did not went well .Even though BJP had won state elections but the result of these elections would be huge for BJP because of its impact and magnitude of loss.In a way it is blessing in disguise for BJP’s Amit Shah regroup,consolidate and rethink  as Bihar election is next year. Fifthly, since since  Lok Sabha 2014 general election,BJP has been on home run ,winning  the stae elections in Maharashtra,Haryana and J&K.Pro BJP mandate had given nightmares and headaches  to other parties .AAP’s win has certainly provided hope and aspiration for other parties to restratize and come back  stronger.
Its interesting to see one election result has so much implications and speculations on the indian political dynamics .
