Truth about Indian Media





Indian Media regards itself as the most impartial,most unracial media in the world.But the recent coverages of Indian Media has made me to think twice before coming to conclusion. The coverage of 26/11 recieved many applauds over Indian Communities,Government and International Organisations.Now it seems that these applauds are gone in vain

Recent coverages of Indian Media are in a all time low.Now the ongoing big events and news is IPL(Indian Premier League),Sania Mirza -Shoaib Malik wedding and naxal menance.News Channels are covering IPL and wedding of Tennis-Cricket stars than naxal menance .Does anybody now that naxals have killed 85 CRPF jawans(Central Reserve Paramilitary Forces).Naxalism which is extremism, and it is one of the biggest epidemic to India's growing economy.It is very sad that channels have special programmes,special telecasts for Indian Paisa League and Shoaib-Sania wedding and have least importance on hot burning topic.Let me give u another
example in 1 hr telecast of news naxal killing is being broad casted only 5 mins to say atleast,while IPL and others events are shown for nearly 15 mins with expert views,match stats and also highlights.

Another shocker of Indian Media is that "Orissa CM Naveen Patnaik" has recieved threat calls and threat emails regarding similar attacks in Orissa like in Chattisgarh.It is dissapointing that media has not covered this topic at all expect few channels (CNN-IBN).It is hard to understand where cricket and wedding are
considered as headlines while deaths ,diasters and violence are merely a part of News .I urge blog readers to raise voice and to object on it.Now its time for us to say to Indian Media "Jaago Re".
